The Brief

Challenge.

AVF runs a yearlong flagship fellowship for changemakers across the Northeast bioregion. Before any paid spend could honestly compound, the organization needed the underlying operating infrastructure — CRM, email, funnel, conversion tracking — actually stood up. The brief: build the systems first, then run acquisition on top of them.
